MSBC-628: Ethics and Business Decision Making

This course explores the increasing impact of ethical issues on the managerial decision-making processes. It covers methods for analyzing and applying personal values, and how to address organizational and environmental forces that influence ethical behavior and decision-making across multiple industries, including healthcare. The course will utilize analysis of case studies and experiential exercises designed to present the learner with a wide range of learning experiences. Finally, students will be encouraged to challenge their assumptions about ethical values and to examine their actions as they relate to the models presented during the course.
