ART-388: Site-Specific, Environment, and Nature

3 credit hours

In this course students will explore making artworks in response to a space. Site-specificity and context, and exposure to historical and contemporary conventions of installation art will lead students toward installation-based work that addresses spaces and environments of the students choosing. Students will acquire material and practical skills, problem solving, and skills for large scale works.

Prerequisites: Foundation Sequence, ART-128ART-140
