This course focuses on the three areas required by the Essentials in Graduate Education.  Content will combine the study of the physiologic and biologic manifestations of disease and the adaptations that the body makes to the changes produced by the disease process. The course will include related physical assessment and pharmacology based on altered physiology.  Note:  Not acceptable for nurse practitioner curriculum.
