This practicum with concurrent classes affords BSSW students the opportunity to utilize generalist social work knowledge, values, and skills in varied community practice settings under the supervision of an approved BSSW or MSW field supervisor. Students are expected to spend approximately half of the remaining total field hours required for the completion of the BSSW curriculum. Weekly seminars ensure integration of classroom and field learning.
