Repeating a Course
A student who receives a D, F, or Fail grade in a course may repeat that course in an attempt to improve the grade. While the initial grade will remain a matter of the student's record, only the second grade will be computed into the cumulative grade-point average. The student is responsible for informing the registrar if he or she intends to exercise this option. A student is not allowed to repeat a class in which he or she has already received a grade of C or higher.
