MSAT-512: Advanced Regional Anatomy and Neuroscience

3 credit hours

This course provides students with advanced instruction in regional anatomy with emphasis on the relationship between structure and function during human movement. Through the use of anatomical models and a human cadaver lab, students will learn to correlate joint structure with local, regional, and global functional movement patterns. Application of anatomical knowledge will focus on its relevance to athletic training evaluation and clinical practice.
