Endorsement programs are added to existing teaching certificates or may also be used as the 12 cognate hours required for a Master of Education in Teacher Leadership.

• Instructional Computer Technology Endorsement (P-12)
• Endorsement for Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)
• Endorsement for Reading (P-12)

Requirements:
The following items are required for Admission:

1. Completion of a general information sheet
2. Submission of a copy of the applicant’s teaching certificate
3. A letter of recommendation from the applicant’s principal or supervising administrator

Required Test:
As a condition of Kentucky State teacher licensure, candidates must achieve passing scores on all required tests. See: http://www.ets.org/praxis/ky/requirements/#endorsements

A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required for successful exit from the program. One course grade of F or two course grades of C lead to automatic dismissal from the program and Spalding University.
