ART-230: Digital Imaging

3 credit hours
Introduces students to using digital camera, scanner, and Photoshop software as conduits for visual expression. Focus is on the context of digital imaging as it relates to contemporary practice. No prior experience is required, but access to a digital camera of at least 5 megapixels and basic skills in Windows ’97 or higher is necessary. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
