This course offers an introduction to research-based practices in informing the executive leader so that he or she is an effective decision maker for strategic planning and changing. The assignments will require analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating leadership and organizational texts, articles, and business plans. The overall goal in this course is to achieve professional competence, proficiency, and independence in the processes of communicating and evaluating research for business purposes.
