This course will examine the history of organizational culture and learning from the viewpoints of multiple disciplines. It will explore how culture and learning are developed and how organizational leaders can create an environment that cultivates and sustains teaching and learning, which may become a sustainable competitive advantage. The perspectives of the "Leader as Teacher" and teaching skills as a management competency are central to this course.
