This course will explore how organizational leaders can maximize their human resources. In knowledge-based organizations, people define an agency’s character, drive its capacity to perform, and often constitute the largest budgetary expense. The impact of budgetary cuts, downsizing, and outsourcing has resulted in a lack of strategic alignment, training, and professional development. Participants will address these conditions and provide options to develop and support employees to maximize performance.
