The action researcher will determine how the data collected will be grouped, treated and interpreted. The researcher will analyze and identify major themes. In order to learn whether the approach has succeeded, the researcher will analyze the data collected and interpret the data to make meaning from it. The interpretation will inform future organizational practice
Also the researcher in final written form, in an oral presentation, in a town-hall setting and by way of digital media provides answers to the research questions posed in the study, links the findings to relevant research, discusses implications of findings, indicates strengths and limitations of the study and makes recommendations for future research.
