BA-370: Entrepreneurial Strategies

This course is organized around the initiation, planning, growth, and development of new and emerging ventures. It presents an organized, systematic study of entrepreneurship by addressing the process of transforming creative ideas into commercially viable businesses. The course will set forth a basic framework for understanding the process of entrepreneurship by structuring and illustrating the discipline of entrepreneurship in a manner that is as unique and creative as entrepreneurship itself. By using/evaluating such resources as text, cases, and exercises, this course will address such subjects as the entrepreneurial mind-set, the initiation of entrepreneurial ventures, the development of the entrepreneurial plan, and will focus on the growth, valuation, and harvest of entrepreneurial ventures.
