COM-303: Sports Media Communication

Addresses critical issues in sports media and the vital role of sport in communicating cultural norms and values in society. Students will discuss the symbiotic relationship between sport and media. Reviews different areas of the sports communication industry, the functions of the different media personnel, and the societal effects and impact of sports media and ethics on the industry. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
