KSAM-373: Pattern Making

3 credit hours
This course will study pattern-making in both 2D and 3D designs as well as the applications of patterns to a surface including packaging, fabric, book covers, wallpaper and more. Issues of scale, proportions, geometrics and pattern relativity will be discussed. Design development will engage both software based and manual methods.
