Analytical Biochemistry is an integrated lecture-laboratory class which will introduce modern instrumental methods used in the quantitative analysis of biologically relevant molecules. Topics for discussion/laboratory investigation will include various spectroscopic, chromatographic, electrophoretic and immunochemical techniques commonly used in the analysis of molecules of biological interest. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
