ART-262: Illustration II
3 credit hours
Illustration II will explore the blurred boundaries between fine arts and illustration as students develop the necessary skills to create a professional body of work. By exploring many different materials and ways of making in sketchbook investigations, students will begin to understand the importance of technique and material choice for visual intent. Continuing the development professionally, students will design a branding page on their website that will support further development in marketing and professionalism required to succeed as a freelance illustrator or help them in graphic design projects. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
