This culminating course will focus on a project of the student's choice that reflects synthesis of professional values, theoretical knowledge, clinical competence, and nurse educator skills at the Master of Nursing Level. The project should be comprehensive in nature and focused on one specific topic in either clinical nursing education or academic nursing education. The student is encouraged to collaborate on the project with either the clinical agency in which they are employed or with a community partner. Project approval and supervision will be provided by the program director and/or MSN faculty.
