Students will learn basic skills in the prototype and creative problem-solving process, developing skills in grit, resourcefulness, resilience and self-confidence when faced with a challenge. Deconstruction and up-cycling projects will be introduced to students that break down traditional linear models of making to encourage new methods of material and tool use. This hybrid course will have both online instruction and in shop hands on instruction.
