This elective online course explores the relationship between compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and social work practice. Students will be introduced to research regarding compassion, empathy, and forgiveness, and will reflect on the role of these concepts and experiences in both their own lives and the lives of people they may encounter as professionals or community members.
