PSY-607: Integrated Primary Care

This course provides an introduction to the work of professional psychologists in Medical Primary Care Practices (e.g. family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, genecology). Models of integrated primary care, such as Strohsahl's are covered, as well a review of process and outcome research in application of health psychology techniques as applied to primary care. Practical use of assessment and intervention techniques in a medical setting are included.
