This course will examine curriculum, research­based best instructional practices in order to expand the knowledge base and skills necessary for new principal leadership development. This course will identify characteristics of high­quality instructional practice through the use of data to inform instruction. The principal will be able to recognize quality instruction, assist teachers in achieving high quality instructional practice and support collegial collaboration.
