This course serves as a capstone experience for pre-licensure students in the final term of the Nursing Program. During this course, students will complete a 120 preceptorship required by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. During the course students will explore the role of the nurse in the health care delivery system, to apply leadership and management skills in the clinical setting. The course culminates with the students presenting a portfolio showcasing their achievement of program outcomes throughout the program.
