The concept that knowledge is created through direct experiences and facilitated through hands­-on learning opportunities is at the core of this course. The experience is supervised by a School of Business faculty member to encourage students to make relevant connections to their own academic and professional goals that will carry into their future endeavors. The capstone course provides an opportunity for MSBC students to demonstrate that they have achieved a command of analytical and synthesis skills developed from their course work and applied in the workplace.
