KSAS-305: Introduction to Sculptural Processes II

The exploration of contemporary or recent historical, aesthetic and technical approaches to sculpture with an emphasis on non-traditional media and practices such as installation, kinetics, and the artist’s body. Greater emphasis is put on the investigation of how sculpture gets situated within the context of culture and society at large, and the combination of multiple medias within a single artwork.
Prerequisite: KSA-130 or consent of the instructor
