International Students
In addition to meeting the applicable graduate admission standards, international students who have not attended an English-speaking university must show proficiency in English by scoring 535 or higher on the TOEFL examination. Additional requirements for demonstration of competency in the language of instruction may be required by individual graduate programs. Any exemptions to the TOEFL policy require the recommendation of the School/College and the approval of the Graduate Committee.
International students must also present evidence of financial resources adequate to support their educational and living expenses in the United States for the duration of their studies and provide relevant visa data.
