This course examines the ethical dilemmas and legal regulations that impact healthcare innovation. This course examines the development, implementation, and changes in healthcare policy at the federal and state level, as well as the impact and role of key health policy players from the public and private sectors including employers, healthcare providers, insurers, and industry, academia and consumer groups. Students will develop an understanding of the ethical and regulatory landscape, enabling them to navigate these complex issues effectively.
