ENG-214: Introduction to Professional Writing

This course serves as a foundational exploration into the diverse landscape of professional writing across various industries and disciplines. Students delve into the fundamental principles and practices essential for effective communication in professional settings. Through a combination of theoretical study and hands-on assignments, students develop proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and persuasive written materials tailored to specific audiences and purposes. Topics covered include business correspondence, technical documentation, reports, memos, and other forms of workplace communication.
