HS-410: Personal Leadership Development

3 credit hours

Every health professional is a leader impacting their immediate focus of control and influence.  The concepts of communication, change, accountability, and personal strengths are emphasized as the student increases their personal leadership capability.  Students build an understanding of their own strengths and the opportunities for improvement as leaders. They will use this knowledge to write a Leadership Development Plan with specific and measurable actions to strengthen their leadership potential.
