Financial Disclaimer
It is the policy of the University to withhold certain services to students who have not met their financial obligations according to the prescribed timelines. Specifically, students will not receive transcripts or diplomas until all financial obligations to Spalding University are paid in full. The University may make an exception and release transcripts for licensure requirements. The University may also allow a “one-time” release of transcripts to a verified employer, potential employer, or another school for students in good standing with a consistent history of tuition payments for at least the six months prior to their request, or if the student used federal loans and has set up a payment plan which is current to pay their past due balance.
Additionally, Spalding University will release “unofficial” transcripts to students who complete the Employer Tuition Reimbursement Form and who are eligible for this benefit through their employer. Spalding University is a member of a National Credit Bureau and periodically submits information on past due accounts. This credit information is available to any company requesting credit references from the credit bureau. The University utilizes the services of collection agencies to collect accounts that remain unpaid. The University reserves the right to deny extended payment plans to any student who has not adhered to the terms of the University's financial policies in the past.
