Residency II builds upon the previous residency course with completion of the practice improvement project, submission of the project manuscript for publication, and defense of the project as the culminatiing course activity. Focus on completion of clinical or administrative hours that lead to a distinctive specialization and mastery in practice and/or administration is required for completion of the course and the program.
