NURS-678: Clinicial Skills and Procedures II

This course continues focus on diagnostic reasoning skills as applied to complex cases that are not body system specific. Direct faculty observation of simulated clinical encounters is part of the experience. Techniques for performing common diagnostic tests and primary care procedures are taught. The student will have hands-on experience with selected procedures, including common office procedures, microscopy, and advanced orthopedic techniques. The course is taken concurrently with NURS 674 Clinical Practicum II.
