EDD-905: Leading Innovation and Creativity in a Competitive Marketplace

This course focuses on how the leader, by employing interdisciplinary approaches, can drive and shape the organization to embrace, foster and promote collective creativity and innovation. Further, the student explores skills and strategies to systematize operations and confirm digital access and appropriate infrastructure for an organization to thrive in a global marketplace. Through written and other forms of assessment, the student also demonstrates accountability in the mindful use and application of innovations.
