EDD-906: Applying Leadership Styles and Strategies to Contemporary, Global Organizational Issues

The student in this course is exposed to and learns how and when to apply diverse leadership styles and strategies. The student explores ways in which complex problems develop in the world and can be approached methodologically and ideologically, and the participant in this course also investigates and explores resolutions to leaders’ complex challenges. This course requires the student to think broadly and critically about global issues and to develop skills for leadership positions in for-profit, as well as in not-for-profit, organizations in a wide variety of disciplines and institutions, just as this course requires the student to demonstrate his or her learning and critical thinking via written assessments and oral presentations.
