RJ-522: Restorative Practice Advanced Topics
3 credit hours
Students will be challenged to critically assess the theory and principles of restorative practice (RP). Interdisciplinary in nature, the course allows students to explore various methods of responding non-aggressively and repairing the harm done to relationships in various settings such as civil/criminal justice settings, schools and businesses. This course is for senior undergraduates and graduate students who want to enhance their understanding of how to resolve conflict in communities, families, school, and workplace settings according to restorative and compassionate values at a more advanced level.
