RS-208: The Letters of Saint Paul
3 credit hours
This course studies the life and teachings of Paul as presented in the New Testament. Besides critically analyzing how Paul and his message are portrayed in the Acts of the Apostles, it also approaches the letters attributed to Paul in the Bible from a critical perspective so as to determine the position of the apostle himself on a wide range of issues. In addition to providing an understanding of Paul's message for the people of his own day, the course also encourages an analysis of what these letters may have to say about contemporary issues for Christians today. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
