This course provides a basic understanding of organizational leadership relevant to legal and ethical issues. U.S. constitutional law, the legal system, and employment law constitute legal studies for leaders. Course content also includes an examination of ethical behavior for organizational leadership with examining the relationship between moral theory and moral practice. Students will examine legal and ethical responsibilities and concepts relating to best practices in organizational leadership.
