EDD-885: Leadership 3: Leading Organizational Development and Change

This course focuses on the behavior and practices of leaders in maintaining viable organizations that respond to changing economic, political, cultural and social environments. The course content combines leadership and organizational theory as participants focus on organizational thinking and mental processes that leaders implore for assessing and evaluating the organization’s vision and mission; policies; programs; fiscal environment; human resources training and development needs; and succession planning.
