Provides an introduction to the study of leadership. Emphasizes the major theories of leadership and behaviors that contribute to effective leadership as well as the impact of factors such as race and gender on leadership attributes. Includes assessment of individual leadership skills and styles. Students will develop their own philosophy of leadership.
