EDD-780: Human Resource Leadership

Explores the impact of leadership on human resource functions with a focus on organizational policies and systems for identification, recruitment, selection; and training, evaluating and maintaining human resources. Includes current issues of HR planning; legal issues surrounding equal employment, sexual harassment and diversity in the workforce; job analysis; strategic recruitment and performance appraisal systems; methods and strategies for maximizing human resource productivity in addition to strategic separation, restructuring and virtual organizations.
