SW-441: Social Work Intervention II

This second of the three-course BSSW practice sequence focuses on developing generalist practice skills in working with diverse families and group systems. The course emphasizes intervening across systems, implementing empowerment and strengths perspectives, mobilizing resources across systems, and utilizing the positive value found in human diversity. Students practice processes of engagement, assessment, planning, and intervention as well as practice group formation and interaction skills.
