SW-347: Human Behavior in the Social Environment II

This second class in this two-course sequence strengthens the biopsychosocial-spiritual knowledge base for generalist social work practice. Specifically, this course looks at evidence-based theories and concepts about large systems such as groups, neighborhoods, communities, organizations, neighborhoods, communities, and our global society. This course looks at the ways individuals shape and are shaped by these environments, critiquing theories and concepts from diversity perspectives and social work values and ethics, and applying theories and concepts to practice.
