Examines factors in making classroom a system for success. Focuses on cognitive and behavioral methods to decrease and redirect inappropriate behavior and manage conflict and anger. Techniques for promoting positive self-esteem, self-discipline, personal responsibility, and effective interpersonal communication skills will improve the classroom climate and increase academic performance.
