ART-109: Design I: Visual Communication
3 credit hours
In this course students will learn to translate personal insights into various forms of visual communication. The principles of design (line, shape, texture, value and color) are building blocks used when creating images to communicate an idea. Utilizing a course structure comprised of workshops and exercises in various mediums (2d and Digital), students will learn to use design principles through the process of exploration and practice. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
