ART-268: Digital Photography II
3 credit hours
Using advanced image capture and processing, this course will focus on image-making from concept to output and expands upon the ideas and techniques explored in Digital Photography I. Digital Photography II provides a deep understanding of an intermediate-level workflow regarding camera exposure and expressive editing of images. Advanced tonal / color correction techniques, masking, image manipulation, and RAW file processing will be explored. Topics from assigned readings, lectures, and discussions will develop concepts and lead to a self-initiated final project of each student’s ongoing personal body of work. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
