ART-250: Community Art
3 credit hours
Provides practical experience for students through hands-on, site-specific art making. Students are challenged to research, develop, and implement projects within their community. The specific nature of the project can vary from year to year (playground, park, mural, site specific sculpture). Each project provides the opportunity to apply skills and knowledge from a variety of courses across disciplines. Not limited to art majors. This course can be repeated since content changes each semester it is offered. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
