Reviews and discusses articles and research reports from refereed journals. Several areas of current biological research are included. Elements of scientific writing are presented, and a research project is begun. A written research proposal and an oral presentation of proposed work are presented.This course will include at least one writing assignment that requires peer review and a minimum of two drafts.
