PHSC-102: Fundamentals of Earth Science
3 credit hours
A one session course in earth and space sciences for non-science majors. The content is drawn from geology, meteorology, and astronomy. Topics include the structure of the Earth, plate tectonics, rocks and minerals, the atmosphere of the Earth, and topics in astronomy. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements. This course does not count toward the science credit hours needed by a Natural Science major for graduation.
