This course will examine curriculum, research­based best instructional practices and critical assessment data both at the state and local school level in order to gain the skills, knowledge and analytical processes to address major resources that impact school leaders. These topics include fiscal resources, time (scheduling), time management (personal and professional), and human resources. This advanced knowledge base is crucial to the operations of a successful school whose focus is advancing student achievement.
