PSY-611: Program Evaluation and Consultation
3 credit hours
Basic principles of program evaluation in the social sciences and the application of these principles to various organizational settings will be covered. In addition, students will cover the broader set of skills and practices of Consultation. The emphasis is on the role of the professional psychologist and the range of useful approaches to planning and conducting program evaluations specifically and consulting with individuals and agencies more generally. Students will work in groups with a local agency on an evalution project with that agency.
